1. Where do you deliver?
We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Time: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days.

3. How much is shipping?

  • Free Shipping: Orders $100.00 and up

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 for orders under $100.00

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging.

6. Do you offer free returns?
No, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customers must arrange their own return label. However, we do not charge any restocking fees.
